Dart-Care operates the www.dart-care website, which provides Services. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and the terms of service if anyone decided to use our Services available through Pixel, the Dart-Care ordering platform. If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy & Terms Policy.  For a better experience while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email, company, and phone number. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you visit or use our Services, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. By using our Services ordering platform Pixel, the user, and the company the user represents, agree to adhere to the payment terms of Net 15, meaning payment is due 15 days from the date an invoice is received from Dart-Care. In the event of late payment, Dart-Care reserves the right to apply a 1.5% interest charge per month on any overdue balance. Additionally, the user and the company the user represents is responsible for the payment of all legal or collection fees incurred by Dart-Care in the process of collecting overdue payments. By submitting an order, the user and the company the user represents acknowledge and accept these terms, including the responsibility for any late fees and associated costs of collections.

We may update our Privacy & Terms policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
